Thanks Henry for resizing my rings after Kay Jewelers sized them too big, had diamond fall out in shipping and take 3 weeks and 3 hours to get. Took you what 2 days? Fits perfect and was able to trade old jewelry never worn for a beautiful opal ring I’ll wear all the time! A family business of professional jewelers! When I review, it’s gonna be truthful!!! 🥰Ready…………“this is the most amazing, best customer service, honest prices, professional business establishment” I have visited in Cochise County. A friend of mine gifted a trinket that needed a chain, and who knew, Golden Rule Jewelry had the perfect one out of 4 other places I looked ! He even added a clasp to secure it on the trinket! Wow!

Thus us my 4th time here, that alone should tell you that they have earned my repeat business. Since my wife and kids enjoy breaking their jewelry, im so glad this man is reasonable, skilled, and available. Has a diverse selection of jewelry as well. Location immediately off Highway 92, near a few venues within walking distance. Some more parking to the side as well. Keep up the good work

Fixing jewelry and made referral for other jewelry he wasn't able to fix. Fair pricing. Don't fall for those gold and jewelry buyers that visit, road show style. He is respectful and negotiable.

I took my Pandora necklace in because my dog damaged it. I don't know the name of the person who fixed it for me, but he did it right then and there! I certainly wasn't expecting that! I'm so glad I picked this jewelry store to work with because I didn't have to wait, he was super kind, and most importantly, he was obviously skilled in what he did to fix my necklace! I didn't have time to look around at his jewelry, but I fully intend to go back to check out what they have! Thank you so much for fixing the necklace my daughters gave me!! It's a sentimental piece to me, and I really missed wearing it! Now, I can again!!!

Hands down the best customer service ever. Henry is amazing and I will definitely go back. I told him once I get some money I’m going in to buy some diamond earrings . They have a beautiful selection of jewelry. So nice to experience wonderful customer service because we all know it’s rare to see today.

I received quality care and customer service from the owner of Golden Rule. I needed my wedding rings resized and was nervous to leave them and go without them for long and the owner quoted approximately 3 weeks to get them sized. I dropped them off on Thursday and got a call on that following Saturday to tell me they were done and ready for pick up. Thank you for your quick quality work! Highly recommend.
